Good lashes, delivery could be quicker

I ordered a pair of their 3D Faux Mink Lashes and a Lash Applicator Tool. The lashes themselves are really nice, very soft and they looked natural but still gave good volume. The applicator tool made putting them on so much easier than with just fingers. I was happy with the quality of both products. My only minor complaint was the shipping speed; it took about 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit long for an online order. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, a good experience and I'd likely buy again for the product quality, but I'll plan for longer delivery times.

Has anyone tried the magnetic lashes? Are they as good as they say or should I just stick to the glue ones?

I love the magnetic ones for quick application! They hold up pretty well, not quite as strong as glue for a super long night out though.

Magnetic ones are decent, but I always keep glue as backup. Depends on the look you're going for and how much wind you'll be dealing with lol.

Pretty sure they have a return policy, but check their site. It's usually for unopened stuff though, so if you've tried it, probably not.

Returns were easy for me when I got the wrong item. Just contact their support, they'll guide you. But yeah, if it's opened and used, it's usually a no-go.
